Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between leadership and obedience in the workplace and its implications for employee performance. The research method uses surveys and statistical data analysis to evaluate the level of employee obedience and perceptions of leadership in the work environment. The research results highlight the importance of effective leadership in creating a positive culture of obedience in the workplace, which in turn can improve overall employee performance.
