Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of positive leadership and social capital on employee welfare. Through a survey approach and statistical analysis, this research explores how positive leadership styles and the level of social capital in the work environment influence the level of employee well-being. The research results show that the adoption of positive leadership and the existence of strong social capital can significantly improve employee well-being.
