Abstract

This research examines the impact of marketing strategies in an effort to increase customer satisfaction. Using a data analysis approach and literature review, this study explores how marketing strategies contribute to increasing customer satisfaction levels. The findings highlight the importance of effective marketing strategies in creating positive experiences for customers, which in turn increases their satisfaction.
