This study's objective is to examine how credit risk and mobile banking usage affect the financial performance of conventional commercial banks that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2018 and 2024. Return on Assets (ROA) is used to assess financial performance, a dummy variable is used to quantify mobile banking usage, and the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio is used to measure credit risk. The secondary panel data used in this quantitative analysis came from the annual reports and audited financial statements of the banks. 37 banks were found by purposeful sampling, yielding 259 firm-year observations. Panel data regression with the Fixed-Effect Model (FEM), which was chosen based on the Chow and Hausman tests, was used to examine the data. The findings show that whereas credit risk, as measured by the NPL ratio, has a negative and substantial impact on the banks' financial performance, mobile banking usage has a positive and significant impact. When combined, the two factors account for 15.09 percent of the variation in ROA. These results imply that sustaining and enhancing banks' financial success depends heavily on the adoption of digital banking services and efficient credit risk management.
